Some of the 20+ letters and emails NVA has sent to Sara Payne, Victims Champion, between January and May 2009. The letters were sent, many by Recorded Delivery, to both her home and office addresses. To date, not a single one of these letters has been acknowledged and her office email at the Ministry of Justice has blocked emails sent from the NVA. Individual NVA members and two other victims’ organisations have written to and emailed Sara since January 2009, without acknowledgement.
